Cloudoora
Cloudoora is a Helsinki-based hosting company that rents GPU cloud instances, from RTX A2000 to B300, for running open models yourself.

Overview
Cloudoora is a cloud hosting and infrastructure company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. It was started by a developer who felt the hosting providers of the time didn't cater to developers starting out on their own projects, and it lists data centres in Finland, France, Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Most of Cloudoora's business is everyday hosting: shared and WordPress hosting, managed WordPress and WooCommerce, VPS and dedicated servers, domains and business email. Everything is managed from one control panel, with 24/7 support and monitoring and free website migrations.
For large language models, Cloudoora rents GPU cloud instances that you run your own models on. There are 41 options, from an NVIDIA RTX A2000 with 6 GB of VRAM up to H100, H200, B200 and B300 and AMD MI300X with as much as 288 GB, billed monthly or, on most GPUs, by the hour with a one-hour minimum and no setup fee. It also offers one-click installs of open-source AI apps such as Open WebUI, LibreChat, Flowise and AnythingLLM on its VPS plans, which connect to models hosted elsewhere or run small models with Ollama.
Cloudoora suits developers and small teams who want affordable GPU servers in Europe and are happy to set up and serve models themselves.
